Shipping & Delivery
A. How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding Malaysia/State public holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following week. eNext uses a number of delivery partners and courier services depending on where you live.
B. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for all orders over RM200 within West Malaysia, below RM200 will surcharge RM8.5 in a single receipt. East Malaysia will surcharge RM12 in a single receipt; however, deliver to other countries, please contact our customer service at [email protected]and we will provide you the quotation at competitive shipping costs.
C. How long will it take to shipping my order?
Orders are despatched within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. We will update you via email once your item is shipped out.
Whilst we endeavour to meet our estimated delivery time frames, there are many factors out of our control that mean you may receive your order later than anticipated. We do apologize for any unforeseen delays, however - our team is always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On some occasions, we may not be able to complete your order in full. We will inform you as soon as we are made aware of any discrepancies with stock and ensure that you are refunded.
D. Can I schedule the shipping of my order?
Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.
E. How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
1.Go to our service partners website- https://www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking/
2.Enter your consignment note number
3.Press “Track” to process
F. Can I pick up my order at eNext office?
eNext doesn’t offer this option for now.
